Ethan is currently an undergraduate student at the New York Institute of Technology, where he is pursuing a degree in Life Sciences as part of the prestigious and highly competitive combined BS/DO program. His rigorous academic foundation encompasses advanced coursework in Organic Chemistry, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, and Bioethics, reflecting his deep commitment to a career in medicine.
Ethan attended Queens High School for the Sciences (QHSS), where he graduated as an AP Scholar with Distinction and earned membership in the esteemed ARISTA Honors Society. As a former Kweller Prep student himself, he prepared for both the SHSAT and the SAT, giving him an intimate understanding of the very exams his students now face. His hard work culminated in an outstanding SAT score of 1540, placing him within the 99th percentile of all test takers nationwide. During his time at QHSS, Ethan challenged himself with a demanding selection of courses, including AP Biology, AP Chemistry, and AP Physics C: Mechanics.
Ethan is a seasoned and accomplished educator and academic mentor specializing in high-stakes test preparation. In his role as a Tutor and Lead Instructor, he expertly manages intensive SHSAT prep groups of more than 20 students, employing differentiated instruction to effectively bridge learning gaps. His data-driven approach and personalized instruction have empowered his students to achieve dramatic score improvements and secure successful admission to New York City’s most selective specialized high schools. In addition, he develops accelerated Regents courses in Biology, Chemistry, and Physics, skillfully translating complex scientific principles into relatable, accessible lessons for his students.

At NYIT, he is the founder of the Medical Ethics and Dilemma Society (MEDS), where he recruits health professionals to lead monthly discussions and has grown the organization into a thriving community of more than 50 active members.
