Francesca is currently an undergraduate student at Baruch College studying Business Management. She graduated from St. Francis Preparatory with a 3.7 GPA, where she actively balanced a rigorous academic schedule with active involvement in extracurriculars, such as the swim team, Pre-Med Club, Women in Business Club, and Key Club. Through these experiences, she developed strong time management, discipline, teamwork, and leadership skills. She also completed multiple college-level courses during her time in high school, including AP US Government & Politics, Probability and Statistics, Pre-Calculus, Physics, and Business Law.
Outside of the classroom, Francesca is actively involved in community service, volunteering with organizations such as Midnight Run, local soup kitchens, Turkey Trots, and helping out at her local church. During these experiences, she participated in multiple community-based activities. Some of these activities consisted of sorting food for food drives, handing out food and other necessities to the homeless, handing out supplies and food for a local food drive, and working with peers and other volunteers to make a change in the community. She also volunteered with SourceBooks, where she gained experience organizing and setting up exhibits, presenting books to resellers, and communicating with buyers. This role helped her develop confidence in professional communication, sales, and event coordination. These experiences have strengthened her ability to manage responsibilities, work with diverse groups, and adapt in fast-paced environments.
In her free time, Francesca enjoys staying active at the gym, cooking, reading, and spending time with friends. She values maintaining a balanced lifestyle and prioritizes both personal growth and well-being. While she prioritizes personal development, she also values her social life, balancing discipline and fun. Francesca is passionate about further developing her own skills and working towards a successful future in the business realm. She is particularly interested in opportunities that allow for her leadership, communication, and analytical skills in real-world situations. With a strong foundation and clear goals, she is determined to grow and develop herself personally and professionally.
