Kweller Prep Tutor Nidhi

Nidhi is currently a student in the Coordinated B.A.-M.D. Program at Brooklyn College, an 8-year track that offers high school students a direct path to the SUNY Downstate College of Medicine. She is also part of the Macaulay Honors College, which offers a full tuition merit scholarship to students, and hopes to major in anthropology. Nidhi is a recent graduate of Townsend Harris High School in Flushing, Queens, where her coursework included classes like AP Biology and AP Calculus BC. She was part of the 3-year Science Research track, through which she earned Second Award in psychology at the Terra New York City Science and Engineering Fair in 2021. In her junior year, she took the SAT and earned a score of 1520, with a near-perfect score in mathematics. Nidhi was also an active member of the Science Olympiad team, earning numerous individual medals on the regional, state and national levels in events like Anatomy and Physiology and Fossils. Outside of school, she completed a radiology research internship at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, volunteered in Child Life at the Cohen Children’s Medical Center, and served as an English tutor at her local temple. Nidhi is deeply passionate about education and hopes to continue helping students through Kweller Prep. When she’s not teaching, she enjoys singing and playing the ukulele.
