Pasquale recently graduated from Cornell University, majoring in Engineering Physics and minoring in Mathematics. In college, Pasquale took a range of advanced coursework, including Quantum Mechanics, Probability, Statistics, Object-Oriented Programming, and linear algebra. Pasquale will be attending Georgia Institute of Technology this January to start a graduate program in Quantitative and Computational Finance. His goal is to work in risk management or data science, learn more about machine learning and statistical modeling, and participate in statistics research related to finance.
Pasquale graduated from LaGuardia High School. While in high school, Pasquale took AP courses such as Calculus AB & BC (5), Chemistry (5), Physics 1, World History, U.S. History (5), U.S. Government, and English Language (5). Pasquale scored a 1530 on his SAT and an 800/800 on the Math II and Physics SAT Subject Tests. Pasquale was an avid musician, having gone to Laguardia High School as a trumpet player. Pasquale performed in his school’s Senior Jazz Band, Orchestra, and Concert Band and was a member of the All-City Jazz Band and the All-City Latin Band since the 9th grade. His passion for music continued at Cornell, where he was a member of the university Jazz Ensemble and the Cornell Syncopators Club, dedicated to early Jazz music.
Pasquale has extensive tutoring experience, independently coaching middle, high school, and college students in Geometry, Algebra 2, Living Environment, Physics, Chemistry, and Differential Equations throughout his undergrad. Additionally, he has helped students prep for Catholic school exams (TACHS & HSPT), as well as the SAT. We are happy to add that Pasquale was a student at Kweller Prep, where he prepared for the SAT. In his free time, he likes to watch TV shows, listen to music, and exercise.
