Kweller Prep Tutor Priyanka

Priyanka is currently a WISE scholar and undergraduate student at Stony Brook University, where she is studying Computer Science with a specialization in Artificial Intelligence. She is a proud graduate of Queens Metropolitan High School, where she distinguished herself academically by earning a perfect 4.0 GPA. In addition to completing an impressive 8 college-level courses throughout her high school career, Priyanka was an active and engaged member of her school community, participating in both the Key Club and the First Gen in Medicine Club. Among the rigorous college-level courses she undertook were AP Precalculus, AP Statistics, AP Computer Science A, and AP Calculus AB.

Priyanka has long been dedicated to serving others and giving back to her community. She spent a full year volunteering at New York Presbyterian Hospital, Queens, where she assisted patients, and she regularly contributed to beach cleanups in Jamaica Bay. She has also generously volunteered at her local church’s food pantry, helping to pack and distribute food to those in need. Furthering her commitment to helping others succeed, Priyanka spent a summer volunteering as an SAT tutor through an organization founded by the creator of Khan Academy—an experience that affirmed her genuine love of supporting fellow students.

As someone who deeply values giving back to her community and cherishes her time spent in nature, Priyanka brings both compassion and perspective to her work. As a former Kweller Prep student herself, she credits her tutors as instrumental in helping her gain admission to her dream college; after completing Kweller Prep’s SAT tutoring, she achieved a score in the 95th percentile in New York State.

In her free time, Priyanka enjoys playing badminton and volleyball with her friends, and she places great importance on maintaining a healthy balance between her studies and her life beyond the classroom. On weekends, she likes to unwind with relaxing walks in nature and also enjoys biking along the boardwalk at the beach with her family.
