Kweller Prep Tutor Reid

Reid attends Cornell University, where he is an ILR major. As a recent graduate of the Bronx High School of Science, he graduated at the top of his class with a 4.0 GPA and a 96 cumulative average. Reid took 4 APs throughout the first three years, getting a 5 in AP Language and Composition, AP Psychology and AP US History and a 4 in AP European History. He took 8 total APs and 2 Dual Enrollment college courses throughout his high school career. Through taking classes at Kweller Test Prep in his sophomore and junior years, Reid was able to score a 1500 on his SAT, with a 770 on the math section. Reid also excelled in sports, having been a big part of his school’s lacrosse team for 3 years. Some of his extracurriculars include being the head of the business administration and management cluster within DECA, and participating in Public Forum debate. Reid has also interned at many different places, having done a two year summer internship with the stock trading company White Noise Partners, in which he spent working with portfolio managers and traders in buying and selling stocks. He also interned with various prominent law firms, having been a part of the Legal Outreach program. These law firms include Skadden, Deloitte, Consilio and Fitzpatrick, Cella, Harper & Scinto, to name a few. In addition to this, Reid also completed a summer internship at the St. John’s Pharmaceutical lab for the Bronx Science research program. In his spare time, Reid enjoys playing lacrosse, going for a run, and watching football.
