Kweller Prep Tutoring and Educational Services, Inc. offers outstanding opportunities for your schools to access educational materials and tutoring services for the upcoming 2024-25 school year.

We are currently looking to partner with more schools to provide customized services.

Kweller Prep is a contracted vendor with the NYC Department of Education. Our company holds contracts under MTAC 1151 (Grades 3-12 student academic support services) and MTAC 1254 (direct math tutoring) and is a certified Women's Business Enterprise (WBE) under the W/MBE program and a licensed book vendor for the City of New York. We have over a decade of successful partnerships with over 50 schools in New York City.

Key Details:

Tutoring Services: Kweller Prep holds two DOE multi-year contracts as a prime vendor to provide a wide range of tutoring and academic support services for students in grades K-12.

Authorized Vendor: Kweller Prep is the sole source of books, educational materials, and services exclusively available through institutional purchase orders.

Ordering Process: As a school principal or Assistant Principal, you have the authority to place textbook purchase and tutoring services work orders directly with Kweller Prep, a contracted vendor.

Purchase Limit: Schools can make book purchase orders of up to $25,000 per fiscal year, enabling access to a comprehensive range of materials. For Services under $5,000 each, schools may place a work order up to $25,000 in aggregate. For services over $25,000, schools must complete an MTAC request on the MTAC tool Kit.

Delivery and Labeling: Kweller Prep ensures a seamless delivery process, with hand-delivered books carefully labeled for each student at your convenience.
