At Kweller Prep, we are committed to providing a focused, respectful, and high-quality learning environment for every student. By enrolling in private tutoring, families agree to the following expectations:
Students must arrive on time and be prepared for each session.
Required materials (books, completed homework, diagnostic tests, etc.) must be brought to every session.
Students are expected to actively participate and engage with the tutor throughout the lesson.
Repeated lack of preparation may result in suspension or termination of services.
Without required materials, sessions may be postponed or canceled without refund.
Students must demonstrate respectful behavior toward tutors and staff at all times.
Disruptive behavior (including refusal to participate, excessive distractions, or inappropriate language) will not be tolerated.
Use of phones or unrelated devices during sessions is not permitted unless explicitly approved by the tutor.
We value collaboration with families; however, all communication must remain respectful and constructive.
Disruptive, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior toward staff will not be tolerated.
Parents may not interfere with live sessions, tutor instruction, or curriculum delivery.
Kweller Prep tutors follow a structured approach based on student needs and assessments.
Families agree to trust the instructional process and allow tutors to lead sessions accordingly. Families may offer advice and guidance to better conduct the sessions if needed.
Completion of assigned homework and practice tests is required for student progress.
Consistent attendance is essential for progress.
Missed sessions, late arrivals, or repeated cancellations may impact continuation in the program.
Kweller Prep reserves the right to pause or terminate services at any time if:
A student is consistently unprepared or disruptive
A parent/guardian engages in inappropriate or disrespectful behavior
Program expectations are not met
By registering for private tutoring services, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the above standards. These expectations are in place to ensure the highest quality experience for all students and families.
Kweller Prep is a program based on a model where we prepare students in a group setting of 10-14 per class, spanning several months. We make every effort to offer a comprehensive review of topics within our prep classes, but sometimes students require individual attention. If you choose to supplement our prep classes with private one-on-one tutoring (in essay writing or advanced math, for example), or if your schedule doesn’t allow for the opportunity to participate in a group class or the type of class you need is not offered, please see the private tutoring options below. Tuition includes all necessary course books, materials, and supplies. Our tutors at Kweller Prep are under a contract to work for the company and will be supervised well by managerial staff to meet and/or exceed your expectations when they are working with your child privately. Because our tutors have tight schedules, payments must be made in full prior to the start of any tutoring lessons. We encourage families to prepay for ten or twenty hours in order to secure the same tutor. Kweller Prep does not offer one-hour, single-session tutoring options or free trials. We only offer 2-hour, 10-hour, and 20 -hour packages. Payments must be made in full prior to the start of any tutoring program. Kweller Prep, Inc. performs regular background, character, integrity, and reference checks. We look forward to providing the highest quality services possible. If you have further questions, contact us at info@KwellerPrep.com
If interested in this service, please click here and select “consult.” We will then schedule a phone call, Zoom, or in-person meeting. The consult fee is $150. After that, the fee is $150 per hour. On average, one college application package is about 20 hours. Essays, supplements, and academic resumes can be used for more than one school. The average Kweller student applies to 6-8 schools for a total fee of $3,000.
