***Summer 2026 In-Person Private Tutoring Notice (June–August)

A limited number of in-person private tutoring openings are becoming available this summer. To inquire about availability or join the waitlist, please contact Ben@KwellerPrep.com.

Please note that Kweller Prep operates a full-time summer camp and academic program during June, July, and August. As a result, in-person tutoring at our center is not available Monday–Thursday from 8:00 AM–4:30 PM while classes are in session.

In-person tutoring is available:

• Monday–Thursday after 4:30 PM
• Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays – ALL DAY

Zoom tutoring is available any day of the week, subject to tutor availability.**

Zoom Online Private Tutoring

Gold Level – $150/hour
Tutor has over 2+ years of experience

• Option 1: 10 hours prepaid – $1,500

• Option 2: 21 hours prepaid (Buy 20, Get 1 Free) – $3,000
  Sessions are 2 hours each

Platinum Level – $250/hour
Tutor has over 5+ years of experience

• Option 3: 10 hours prepaid – $2,500

• Option 4: 21 hours prepaid (Buy 20, Get 1 Free) – $5,000
  Sessions are 2 hours each

In-Person Private Tutoring at Kweller Prep

Gold Level – $175/hour
Tutor has over 2+ years of experience

• Option 5: 10 hours prepaid – $1,750

• Option 6: 21 hours prepaid (Buy 20, Get 1 Free) – $3,500
  Sessions are 2 hours each

Platinum Level – $275/hour
Tutor has over 5+ years of experience

Important Policies for Private Tutoring at Kweller Prep

• Package Expiration: All private tutoring packages must be used within 90 days from the start date. Any unused hours will expire after that period and cannot be carried over, credited, or refunded.

• Tutoring Location: Kweller Prep does not offer in-home tutoring. All private tutoring is conducted on Zoom or at our Queens office.

• Scheduling & Cancellations: Sessions must be scheduled in advance. Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be forfeited.

• Consistency: To maximize progress, we recommend scheduling sessions on a regular basis within the 90-day period.
