Executive Summary:

Kweller Prep provides high school students and their families with immersive and informative college tours to support their college preparation journeys. Kweller Prep is a fully certified WBE under the W/MBE program and a contracted and registered prime vendor with the NYC Department of Education to provide college tours under MTAC R1151. With over fifteen years of experience, Kweller Prep offers top-notch, exceptional college tour experiences for schools in partnership with the Parent-Engagement initiative. We have led tours for over ten thousand students and parents/guardians to date.

Product Description:

Kweller Prep’s college tours offer high school students and their parents unparalleled experiences by visiting diverse campuses across the tri-state area, including CUNY, SUNY, dual-degree, Ivy League institutions, liberal arts colleges, and leading research universities. Each tour is led by experienced guides who provide valuable insights into the college admissions process, campus life, academic programs, and extracurricular opportunities. Our customizable tour packages cater to the specific interests and preferences of students, including specialized tours focused on STEM, liberal arts, business, and more.

Kweller Prep proposes expert day trips to colleges in New York State. Students will travel in deluxe coach buses, have lunch on college campuses, and participate in college school tours, followed by question-and-answer sessions. Each tour group can accommodate up to 100 students, and we can run tours as often as needed. Each bus holds 50 students. Additionally, all our tours will include college and admission information about the selected schools and general college admission information.

Total Cost:

Option 1: One bus accommodating 50 people (25 students and 25 parents/guardians): $7,500

Option 2: Two buses, each accommodating 50 people (25 students and 25 parents/guardians): $15,000

Kweller Prep provides up to 2 chaperones per bus. Kweller Prep has the capacity to handle a maximum of two buses (100 students) per college tour. Schools interested in signing up for college tours can do so here. All trips are fully insured and licensed.
