Private Tutoring Materials

• Families who sign up for 10 hours of private tutoring will receive practice tests and homework packets as part of the package, if needed for the sessions.

• Families who sign up for 21 hours or more will receive textbooks, along with practice tests and homework packets, as part of the package, if needed for the sessions.

These materials are provided to support student learning and may be tailored based on the focus of the tutoring sessions.

Important Policies for Private Tutoring at Kweller Prep

• Package Expiration: All private tutoring packages must be used within 90 days from the start date. Any unused hours will expire after that period and cannot be carried over, credited, or refunded.

• Tutoring Location: Kweller Prep does not offer in-home tutoring. All private tutoring is conducted on Zoom or at our Queens office.

• Scheduling & Cancellations: Sessions must be scheduled in advance. Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be forfeited.

• Consistency: To maximize progress, we recommend scheduling sessions on a regular basis within the 90-day period.
