Kweller Prep Tutor Benjamin

Benjamin currently attends the University of Toronto as an undergraduate. Benjamin is majoring in Physics and a minor in the Classics. So far, some of his classes include: Physics, Physics of Living Systems, Multivariable Calculus, Statistics, Linear Algebra, Greek and Latin in Scientific Language. Benjamin is an alumni of Hunter College High School and graduated with a GPA of 3.92/4. Benjamin was the captain of Varsity Soccer, Swimming, and Outdoor Track and Field, and received the coaches’ awards for all three. Notably, the Hunter Varsity Soccer team went the furthest it had in the PSAL playoffs in over a decade his senior year, while he was a captain, only losing in the semifinals. Benjamin scored highly on all of his standardized tests, with a 1530/1600 SAT, 34 ACT, 1490 PSAT, 800 Physics SAT II, 790 Mathematics 2 SAT II. Benjamin became a National Merit Scholarship Finalist and performed strongly in all of his AP classes with a 5/5, 4/5, and 5/5 respectively in AP Physics C, AP BC Calculus, and AP Latin.

Benjamin has been a tutor one-on-one and in group sessions since high school, including preparing for the Hunter Test, for the City Smart Scholars, helping underprivileged students prepare for specialized high school exams. Benjamin is also familiar with tutoring for the SAT, ACT, and SHSAT, as well as high school physics, Latin, and mathematics. In his spare time, Benjamin enjoys long runs, frisbee, reading fantasy novels, and League of Legends.
