Kweller Prep Tutor Martin

Martin is currently an undergraduate student attending Pace University. Martin is planning on majoring in Business Management & Administration with a minor in Physical Science. Some of the coursework that Martin will be taking in the upcoming semester include Accounting, Marketing, Financial Management, and Business Administration.

Martin attended Stuyvesant High School and graduated with an Advanced Regents Diploma. Martin achieved a 1500 SAT score, putting him in the 99th percentile of all test takers for the exam. At Stuyvesant, Martin took several rigorous courses, such as AP Calculus AB, Principles of Engineering, Next-CS, and Leadership & Decision-Making. Outside of coursework, Martin was a member and manager of the Stuyvesant long-distance track team. In his time with the team, Martin managed equipment and apparel, created regimented and personalized workouts, and corresponded with coaches to monitor athletes’ health. Martin competed in the PSAL Borough Champs and PSAL City Championships, where his team placed and won an award. Martin served as the Director of Marketing for a non-profit club called the Stuyvesant Animal Association, where he campaigned for greater school-wide awareness of endangered animals and spearheaded a successful fundraiser that generated $400 to donate to a charity supporting endangered turtle species. Martin is also an instructor at his YMCA, where he supervises children on the weekend, engaging in recreational activities and advising people on improving their fitness, providing instructions for utilizing gym equipment, and promoting an aptitude for exercise.

Martin is inquisitive and loves learning about new technological innovations. In his free time, Martin likes to exercise in the gym, hang out with friends, and be outdoors in the sun.
