NATALIE is currently an undergraduate student in the Huntsman Program at the University of Pennsylvania, where she is pursuing a dual degree in Finance and Management from Wharton and Russian and Eastern European Studies at the School of Arts and Sciences. At Penn, Natalie is a proud Intercollegiate Model United Nations Team member and the Director of Fundraising for the University of Pennsylvania Intercollegiate Model U.N. Team. Natalie is also on the external committee of the Wharton Undergraduate Finance and Technology Group, where she helped organize a “trek” to meet with executives of various fintech companies and work on sponsor outreach. Natalie is a Russian tutor at the Penn Language Center, though she also speaks Spanish in addition to speaking Russian and English fluently. Last summer, Natalie interned at BlackRock on the Fixed Income Investments team, crediting her internship opportunity to the various financial literacy programs catered toward public school students, and she is currently on the board of Rock the Street, Wall Street’s Alumni Council, where she will use her experience to build on the program for other young women interested in finance. Natalie is an alumna of Hunter College High School, where she maintained an A average. Natalie is a National Merit Scholarship Finalist who scored a 1510/1520 on her PSAT. Natalie also scored a 1540/1600 on the SAT and a 35/36 on the ACT, in addition to self-studying for the A.P. U.S. History exam and the A.P. English Language Exam, scoring 5/5 on both tests. Natalie took A.P. B.C. Calculus (4), A.P. Microeconomics (5), A.P. Macroeconomics (5), A.P. Spanish (4), and A.P. Statistics (4). At Hunter, Natalie headed the Lincoln-Douglas debate team, was the captain of the Girl’s Varsity Tennis Team and led her team to the PSAL Championships, an executive member of the Class of 2022’s student government organization since seventh grade, the columnist of the school newspaper What’s What, and co-president of Girls Govern HCHS (a feminist history and outreach club).
Natalie is a longtime tutor and student at Kweller Prep. Natalie joined Kweller Prep at the start of the sixth grade to prepare for the Hunter College High School Exam. After hours of self-study and months of fall classes at Kweller Prep, Natalie succeeded in gaining entry to both Hunter and the Baccalaureate School of Global Education. She ultimately chose Hunter (HCHS) for its distinct reputation. Natalie also sacrificed two summers preparing for the SAT in person at Kweller Prep in the evenings, four nights a week for seven weeks throughout the summer, twice! Natalie excelled throughout high school and used her knowledge to help future students at Kweller learn about competitive high school admissions. When not at Kweller Prep, Natalie enjoys blogging and watching runway shows and house remodeling shows.
