Kweller Prep Tutor Rafsan

RAFSAN currently attends Binghamton University and is pursuing a major in Computer Science. He graduated from Brooklyn Technical High School in the class of 2021. He maintained a 4.0/4.0 GPA while in Brooklyn Tech and scored 1520/1600 on the SAT, placing him on top, at the 99th percentile nationally, out of the 1.7 million test takers for the SAT exam. While he attended Brooklyn Technical High School, Rafsan took multiple Advanced Placement courses such as AP World History, AP U.S. History, AP Computer Science, AP Macroeconomics, and AP Physics. He was also the Vice President of the CTE Olympics Club which held school-wide competitions for engineering majors at Brooklyn Tech. During his senior year, he led a group of juniors on the Robotics team to design and program functional RC cars. Rafsan also led a volunteer group at Red Cross to collaborate with local movie theaters to host a fundraiser for the International Red Cross Campaign: Syria Crisis Appeal. He also hosted a Thanksgiving Drive for food and toys for various shelters around New York City. As a student at Binghamton University, Rafsan is a part of Hack BU, an extracurricular club at Binghamton University that teaches students from all majors the basics of software programming and hosts competitions. When he is not busy with academics, Rafsan is an avid basketball player and also enjoys playing video games.
